Scott Abry brings 32 years of experience in business as a Managing Director and Partner at Oppenheimer and Co., Branch Manager, Director of Business Practices, Director of Business Development and Director of Product and Field Strategic Initiatives at Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. Scott then became President and Founder of Abry Advisors LLC, a national Executive Recruiting and Consulting Firm and more recently was a Founding Partner and CEO of Steward Partners Consulting Solutions, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors at Steward Partners Holdings. Steward Partners is one of the fastest growing Independent firms in the history of the channel, hiring 85 advisors, opening 16 offices and growing to $9 billion in AUM in four years.
He led the effort to launch Investment Advisory and Wealth Management Firms throughout the country based on a “Culture of Caring”, which puts clients first and are inclusive of all employee ownership. He has recently advised on the launch of five RIAs, as well as M&A for two NY area Family Offices. Scott brings an extensive knowledge of the senior management and platforms at all the firms on Wall Street, in every channel
.
He is also very involved in his community volunteering as a Facilitator at the Den for Grieving Kids and Westhill High school. He is on the Board of PEHT (Partnership to End Human Trafficking). As one of the founders at PEHT, Scott is helping to raise funds to launch a home for women who have been freed from trafficking and will be sustained by a social enterprise that will sell Pet products and provide employment opportunities for the survivors.
Currently Scott serves as an Elder at Tower Hill Presbyterian Church in Red Bank, NJ. He graduated from American University with a degree in Finance and a degree in International Business, prior to that he graduated from Tabor Academy. Scott lives in Rumson, NJ with his wife of 33 years, Christine and they have four daughters; Samantha, Madelyn, Isabelle and Sophia.
Jeff Herber brings over 30 years of experience in Banking, Recruiting and Entrepreneurship. He started his career in banking working as Relationship Manager. The next part of his career he moved to being a business owner. Starting both a medical temporary staffing company along with a medical transcription firm. The last 15 years he has been involved in recruitment, with a focus on the wealth industry and investment banking.
Jeff has always had a passion for being involved in sports. From coaching basketball at both the high school and college level, to 13 years as a high school and college football official. He and his wife are also supporters of the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Jeff lives in McEwen, Tennessee with his wife Christine. He enjoys playing golf with Chrisitne and listening to live music around Nashville. His favorite pastime is making wine and cooking, hoping one day to open a small winery on their property.

Scott previously worked for Raymond James Financial in a variety of roles. His last stop was in the Succession Planning & Acquisitions department where he worked with advisors seeking to grow their practices through recruiting and acquisitions. Scott’s original background is in asset management, and he worked as an analyst on the Fixed Income team at Eagle Asset Management. Scott holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Master of Science in Finance degree from Florida State University.
